Cheshire Fest was an established festival that was hit by the Pandemic so in 2022 they took the opportunity to re-brand and re-launch in a new location. Previously the festival had hosted cover artists and acts, with the re-launch the organisers wanted to take it a new direction with live music from established bands and acts and also bring a family element to the festival. They were looking for a marketing and PR agency who would help position the brand to the desired audience and ultimately generate ticket sales by building awareness around the festival.
A full marketing mix solution was required to ensure as many people as possible knew this new look festival was heading to Knutsford. The key messages of the festival were clearly communicated to the target audience through a variety of marketing channels including organic and paid social, an influencer campaign, a local radio campaign and a series of press releases. All with the main aim to build awareness to drive traffic and sales.
The festival was a huge success and firmly established itself in its new location and within the local community and beyond. Pulling together all the campaign data points and ticket sales data allowed us to measure the success of each campaign and understand what worked well. We also saw amazing engagement levels from social media across the 3 days of the festival and successfully attracted a record attendance exceeding 8000 people over the weekend.
Nineteen Agency offered invaluable support to our festival’s promotional and sales campaign in 2022 by leading on PR and digital marketing. Nineteen gave us a clear understanding of strategy, with excellent know-how in media buying and social media content curation and delivery – we really couldn’t have seen such fantastic, measurable results without the excellent input of their entire team. Professional, approachable and enjoyable to work with throughout!
