Artezzan was a brand new restaurant at concept stage when Nineteen were approached to help create the brand and launch the restaurant coming out of the pandemic in 2021.
A Mediterranean Escape – we created the brand story to help set the scene and position the brand to the target audience. By communicating Artezzan as a place to escape and evoking memories of holidays past we were able to create a point of difference for the brand launching in a crowded marketplace. The marketing campaign that launched Artezzan was clear in its objectives and clearly communicated the right messages to the right audiences.
Since opening Artezzan has gone from strength to strength becoming one of the leading restaurants in Chester. Year 1 sales exceeded budget by 20% and year 2 is looking even stronger. The restaurant is ranked no 5 on Tripadvisor and they have won 2 national and 3 regional awards, they also have a second site in the planning with a view to expand the brand nation-wide.
The team at Nineteen have been with us every step of the way in bringing the concept and vision of Artezzan to life. Their support and commitment to our business has been unwavering and they bring with them a wealth of hospitality experience. They manage and execute our strategic marketing plan as well as managing our social media presence, curating content that represents the brand. They understand how restaurants operate and ultimately that we need bums on seats and on this they consistently deliver.
